1. One year warranty on free maintenance
After machine has been delivered and installed, one year warranty begins to come into effect. During the warranty period, SZIND will be responsible for providing free maintenance for those products with quality problems.
2. Technical personnel assigning service
For other problems caused by human factor, SZIND will assign technical personnel and spare parts to customer’s site. Travel expenses and spare parts costs shall be arranged at buyer's account. And service cost is free during warranty period.
3. Lifetime maintenance and repair service
SZIND offers lifetime maintenance and repair service.
4. Agent service
Our agents from foreign markets will provide you with local after-sales service for your maximum convenience. (Currently most of our agents are located in Southeast Asian countries, please contact us for details.)
